Case III: Accredited dealer of replacement parts

The aim was to built up a retail company with replacement parts in China.
Investment: under € 1 million Euro
We were mandated to consult the customer in the site selection process, the corporate strategy for the Chinese market, and in the business set-up process, including the hiring of employees (Phase 1 to 4).
We consulted the customer and prepared all paper work for it's decision.
Conclusion: The customer decided to invest in Shanghai within six months, implemented our action plan and corporate strategy proposal. Two years later our customer established it's second office in Beijing. Even in the first year the company was profitable. It's a good feeling to satisfy our customers!
